RAJARSHI ADHIKARY

Education – Passed B.V.A. with 1st Class in Drawing and Painting (Indian Style) from Government College of Art and Craft, Calcutta University in 2003. Passed M.V.A. with 1st Class in Painting from Government College of Art and Craft, Calcutta University in 2005.                                    

Rajarshi Adhikary’s colourful water colours bring out the softness of nature in her varied forms, be it flowers or landscapes or even the cycle of seasons. His themes are traditionally Indian, where nature and the environment play an important part. His usage of colours and handling of minute details makes each and every painting outstanding. The artist lives and works in Kolkata.
