Education — 3 years D.V.A from Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata in 1998.
Softly glowing colours enhanced by delicate outlines form the basis of Atin Mitra’s artwork. Both the subject and the backdrop are emphasized by intricate, carefully picked out detailing. The colours are used sparingly, with lighter and darker shades of the same few colours lending variety to the pictures.

Atin Mitra lives and  works in West Bengal.
